Dynamic Strategy Sessions
These one-on-one sessions in an intensive collaborative whiteboard environment are specifically tailored to your goals and needs. Together we’ll find the plan to the vision that’s driving you to play a bigger game.

This approach is for leaders who simply need one day every 3, 6, or 12 months to dive deep and crash hard with me on the whiteboards and emerge with a dynamic plan that is ready to rock and roll.
For those pros needing minimal but impactful time with me, there are limited spots available for full-day and half-day sessions at my coaching headquarters or as remote planning sessions.
What this includes:
- Tailored sessions to meet your goals and needs. Period. Not standard methodology trying to pigeonhole you into a certain framework
- Whiteboards and more whiteboards! The full-day session and the half-day session involve a dynamic and engaging intensive session with Scott to hash out a viable plan to fulfill on the goals that are driving you
- 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM (full day) or 10:00AM – 1:30 PM or 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM (half day)
- An Assistant Coach to capture key themes, run down research issues, take notes, and distribute action items following the session. (Note: if sessions are sensitive in nature, we can facilitate the session without an assistant)
- One 60-minute session in 30 days to follow-up on action items and milestones, and to make course corrections for lessons learned

- Big Sh*t Planning: Getting into the essence of your deepest purpose and a powerful prioritized plan that is built on decades of dynamic decision making and a bias for execution. You’ll leave with a plan you can execute.
- Short Form Talks for High-Stakes Moments: Diving into your messaging goals and creating and delivering signature talks, keynotes, TED Talks, and high-stakes presentations that get your audience open and leaning into what you have to say.
- Navigating change during M and A: Mapping the tribal pitfalls of mergers and acquisition by understanding how primal behavior due to change affects your organization from the inside out. We’ll ID the best practices to bridge beyond it and realize the value of the merger.
- Hard Conversations: When difficult moments with important people in your life tap you on the shoulder, don’t sweat it…we will tap into the invisible, but crucial components of the human operating system for high-stakes negotiations with clients and authentic influence with employees and other key audiences.
- Self-Leadership and Resilience: Designing a plan of self-leadership around regimen and recovery for thriving in high-stress, high-stakes environments. We will develop a ready-to-go battle rhythm you can execute every day for high-performance and high-impact over the long-term.
- Leading Through Chaos: We live in an age of complexity that requires a new approach to anticipating chaos. We will look at what’s around the corners and develop crisis-oriented contingency plans to enable your organization to thrive while others are struggling to survive when the sh*t hits the fan and nobody else is coming.
